On The Intuitive Balance Platform, each service provider holds the right to create their own cancelation and/or refund policies. If an individual policy is not stated, then this policy is applied to the services provided. 

 

For Canceling a service: 

 

All services must be canceled a minimum of 24 hours prior to a service appointment time. If services are canceled later than the 24 hours prior, you will be ineligible for refund. Although you are ineligible for a refund, you are still able to reschedule your service. However, rescheduled services are ineligible for a refund and you may only reschedule a service appointment twice. For all cancelations and refund service claims, please contact the individual service provider and support@theintuitivebalance.com to ensure that we can take care of your claim as efficiently as possible.
