Product Return Policy

There are no refunds for crystals/items that have already been shipped out. We will accept canceled orders if they are canceled before the item is shipped. If the item is not shipped, you will be issued a full refund. If your product arrives damaged, please record and take detailed pictures of the item + the shipping box. We only accept damage claims within 5 days prior to the product delivery. If the damaged product case has been accepted, you will be issued a full refund.
