How to Protect Yourself and Your Energy

In this workshop we will go over what it feels like when another energy is influencing you and what to do in order to protect yourself and how to restore balance. This can be anything from being an empath or someone very sensitive to energy to someone in the business world. Bringing awareness to your energy and how it is influenced determines your Clarity, your Confidence, your Presence and your overall Command of the space around you.

I will be teaching techniques on how to sever energy connections, how to hide yourself in plain sight, how to take command of the room and also how to identify which of these techniques to use in any given environment.

Crystals are great helpers and tools, especially when it comes to protecting yourself and your energy! We will also cover how to work with Crystals to give you protection so that they can take some of the workload off of your shoulders.
