Serenity uses a combination of soundbowl healing and guided meditation to bring you complete physical and emotional relaxation. Soundbowl healing uses imperial crystal signing bowls to align your chakras and balance your energy. Her guided meditation takes your mind to a place of complete peace and relaxation. She is absolutely amazing. Everyone that came to her last meditation said that they saw colors in the room and were completely relaxed after the session.
