In this workshop we will go over the basics of chakras, how they work, how they can become unbalanced and how you can restore their balance.
I will be taking you through a guided meditation of how you can get in touch with your individual chakra energies, how they function together, and how to tell when they are imbalanced so you can bring that awareness to your everyday life
